Ali R. Salman, MD
Dr. Salman graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering. He was accepted into the Guaranteed Admission program at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, where he completed his medical school training. He completed an internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA. He completed his ophthalmology residency training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Dr. Salman joined RCM in 2023 to complete his fellowship in Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Society of Retina Specialists.
